Raffle tickets you earned during Prizes for Pages give you a chance to win movies, music, books, comic books, canvas bags, & more. You’ll get these raffle tickets when you hit the 600, and 1400 page reading goals. More tickets means more chances at prizes, as your name can be drawn multiple times! The raffle will be held Friday, August 31st.

Are fines preventing you from checking out books? Sign up for summer reading and we’ll let you check out one book. You read 200 pages and we’ll subtract $5 off your fines. Read 400 pages and we’ll subtract an additional $5 off your fines (that’s up to $10 total). If you still have fines after that we’ll get you on a payment plan and you can start checking out books again.
Up to 15 teens will be able to participate in an all-nighter. Thursday evening, August 16 to Friday morning, August 17.
4 different writing workshops (fiction, non-fiction, poetry and ) offered Thursdays in July. Space is limited, so please register. There will be a $2 fee for each workshop to cover supplies.
