Information on Tax Forms

We have Federal IRS tax forms available for you to take as supplies last. However, the library will NOT be receiving ANY State of Oregon tax forms. The post office will not have them either. Because of the economy, the State will NOT send us forms, but they are available for you to print from any of the library's Catalog Computers. You do NOT need a library card and you do not need to sign on to an Internet computer to print tax forms. State tax forms are also available by calling 1-800-356-4222. If you need Federal forms we do not have, you may also print them from any Catalog Computer. To find the link, click on "Home" and then click on the tax information link. We are asking for a 5 cent per page donation to cover the costs of our paper and ink. Again, we DO have Federal IRS tax forms available.
