Applying for a Library Card: Residents Inside the City Limits of McMinnville

To apply in-person:
Visit the Library Circulation Desk with picture identification and verification of current address. Children 16 and under need the signature and ID of a parent or guardian. Accepted forms of identification and proof of current address are:
| An Oregon State Driver's License or State Identification Card showing current address OR |
| Any picture ID AND mail or something that includes your name and current address (mail posted in the last 30 days, imprinted check, lease, current rent receipt, utility bill). |
To apply online:
Fill out an online application. You will receive an email within 3 working days with a temporary barcode that will allow access to library online resources. You must visit the library within 30 days with picture identification and verification of current address to receive a permanent library card.
