Because residents outside the city limits do not pay property taxes, they must pay for some library services even if their address includes "McMinnville, OR 97128". See below for your card options. Residents who live outside of Polk, Marion or Yamhill counties and the Chemeketa Community College tax area may obtain a library card for $75 a year. Residents of Newberg and Dundee must apply for a library card at the Newberg Public Library.

Visit the Library Circulation Desk with picture identification and verification of current address. Children 16 and under need the signature and ID of a parent or guardian. Accepted forms of identification:
